Your role will involve managing project timelines, resources, risks, and communication to ensure alignment with business goals. Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability. Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any roadblocks or challenges. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to gather feedback and ensure alignment. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risks.
