Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completionof IT projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities,and a track record of managing end-to-end IT projects within timelines and budgets.Key Responsibilities:• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria.• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA professionals.• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement contingency plans.• Ensure efficient resource allocation and task prioritization.• Maintain clear documentation of project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and provide project updates.• Ensure adherence to IT security standards, compliance, and best practices.• Evaluate new technologies and suggest process improvements.Key Requirements:• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud solutions.• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects.• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a plus.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.• Opportunity to work on cutting-edge IT projects.• Career growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.• A collaborative and supportive team culture.
