Whizz HR is hiring Business Development Manager or a company at Mumbai Role Overview:As the Business Development Manager for our Mumbai operations, you will lead the branch's overallstrategy, growth, and profitability. Your role will involve strategic planning, business development,client relationship management, and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Excellence:- Oversee all aspects of branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.- Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.- Manage budgets and financial performance to meet profitability targets.4. Team Leadership: - Build and lead a high-performing team by fostering a collaborative and innovative workenvironment.- Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members.- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.5. Client Relations:- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service.- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.Qualifications and Skills:- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business development, client management, and strategicplanning within the corporate events management industry.- Proven track record of achieving business growth and profitability.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.- Commitment to quality and service excellence.
