Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors to track overall project progress.

• Regular vendor follow-ups for material delivery and work completion.

• Coordinate with clients for project reviews, updates, and meeting follow-ups.

• Handle purchase coordination – issue material requests, follow-up with procurement team/suppliers.

• Monitor site billing, collect data, prepare summaries, and submit invoices to clients.

• Follow up for payments from clients and update the finance team.

• Draft and send regular email updates to clients regarding work status, billing, and meetings.

• Maintain project tracking sheets, timelines, and documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Project Engineering.

• 3–6 years experience in construction or structural projects.

• Good knowledge of project tracking, vendor coordination, and client communication.

• Strong email drafting and reporting skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic project management tools.
