Onboarding & Project Coordination Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Communication:

• Coordinate and participate in client meetings during the onboarding phase (first 30–45 days).
• Ensure clients are properly set up in internal systems and data management platforms.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication between clients and internal teams.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, including forms and meeting notes.

Role Requirements:

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot/Microsoft Team Channels (preferred).
• 3–4 years of experience in client onboarding, project coordination, or customer success.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• The person is expected to work every alternate Saturday for a half-day, meaning attendance is required on those Saturdays.

• The shift runs from

  1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
