Project consultant for GEM Tender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Bid Manager / Pre-Sales Technical Consultant to lead the technical aspects of our tender and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes. This role involves preparing, presenting, and defending technical solutions during client evaluations, and ensuring all documentation aligns with the client’s scope and compliance frameworks such as GIGW, CERT-In, and other government/enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender/RFP documents and extract technical requirements.
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to design tailored solutions.
• Prepare high-quality technical proposals, solution documents, and BOQs.
• Deliver live presentations and demos to clients and evaluation committees.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and proposal teams.
• Ensure all proposed solutions are in compliance with guidelines such as GIGW, CERT-In, NIC, MeitY, etc.
• Act as a key point of contact for technical clarifications and Q&A during the bid evaluation phase.
• Maintain a repository of reusable technical content and proposal templates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales, tender documentation, or solution design.
• Strong understanding of software development, CMS, hosting, networking, and government IT compliances.
• Experience with .NET Core, React, or PHP-based systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Indian Government E-Marketplace (GeM) bidding.
• Experience with GIGW, STQC, and accessibility audits.
• Familiarity with web application security standards and performance benchmarks.
• Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP or PMP is a plus.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹19,547.93 - ₹81,450.28 per month
