Production Supervisor

Aaditya Foam Industries LLP, a leading manufacturer of EPE foam, PU foam, mattresses, and pillows, is seeking passionate and capable Supervisors to join our team at our Nashik (Dindori) manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the entire order processing and dispatch cycle, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

· Manage a team of workers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.

· Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery.

· Maintain quality control standards and address any production issues promptly.

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

· Maintain detailed records and report on production progress and team performance.

Qualifications:

· Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and delegate tasks.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Proficient in MS Office suite and basic ERP systems preferred.
