Production Supervisor

1. Control Production Line & Process

1.1 Control Production Process on shop floor, get work done timely by worker, give instruction to him worker, handle technical queries and problem and resolve problem by technical person.

1.2 check accuracy of FG production and check quality of RM, FG if any defect inform to immediate to production head.

2. Manpower Management

2.1 Management of Labor at shop floor, properly assign work to all worker as per their technical capability, maintain discipline at shop floor, manage time as per shift schedule, ban use of mobile and gutka during the working time if somebody found inform to HR.

2.2 Implement shift time at shop floor as per time schedule provided by HR, use full efficiency of workers ,Maintain basic discipline at shop floor.

3. Cleaning and 5S management

3.1 Get neat and clean shop floor by worker and keep material at designated place, Implement 5s rules at shop floor and train to worker as and when needed.

4. Dispatch, Loading and unloading of material

4.1 dispatch finish product by labor and unloading of RM as and when require.

5. Quality Control

5.1 Control quality of WIP product and FG product, check Finish product quality before final packing

5.2 check quality of Raw Material before taking in production if any defect inform to Production head and procurement team.

6. Attendance and salary

6.1 show attendance and salary to all worker every month, fill leave form, Miss Punch and get pass, handle salary related issues of worker and inform to HR.

7. Other Duties

10.1 Perform any other duties as assigned by the Production head or Senior Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
