Job Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process to ensure that manufacturing goals are met in a timely, efficient, and safe manner. This role involves tracking and optimizing production volume, ensuring equipment efficiency, minimizing downtime, maintaining high product quality, managing workforce productivity, and ensuring safety and compliance within the production facility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Experience:

12-18 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Skills:

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production systems (e.g., ERP software). Ability to analyze data and interpret production metrics.

• Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.

• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

Ability to diagnose and resolve production challenges, such as inefficiencies, downtime, and quality issues, through data analysis and collaborative problem-solving.

• Safety Knowledge:

Familiarity with OHSAS standards and safety protocols. Ability to foster a culture of safety compliance.
