Production Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities Workshop Coordination: Support daily workshop operations, ensure accurate execution of designs, resolve on-ground issues, and maintain clear communication with the team. Shop Drawings: Create accurate, production-ready shop drawings based on references and design intent. Outsourcing & Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors/fabricators for outsourced components, manage specs, and track timelines for timely delivery. Procurement & Inventory: Handle material purchases as per project needs, and maintain inventory records and stock levels. Deliveries & Dispatches: Plan and manage site deliveries, ensuring proper packing, documentation, and logistics. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks during production, flag issues early to relevant team members. Progress Reporting: Update internal teams on production status, timelines, and any delays or concerns. Candidate Profile: Education: Degree or diploma in Architecture / Interior Design / Furniture Design Skills Required: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and coordination ability Basic Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets competency Problem-solving mindset and willingness to work on the ground What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a small, focused team on high-end bespoke furniture and interior projects Hands-on experience in design execution and production Dynamic work environment with room to grow and take ownership
