Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the investment products roadmap, with an emphasis on mutual funds.
• Translate advisor and distributor needs into intuitive and engaging product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Tech, Design, and Sales to launch high-impact product features.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, measure performance, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and seamless integration with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and backend systems.
• Drive internal campaigns to boost product engagement and sales among employees and partners.
• Champion product adoption and user engagement, working closely with internal stakeholders and end users.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management or a relevant role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of investment products, particularly mutual funds.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-oriented and structured mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Background in sales or experience collaborating with sales/distribution teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Business-savvy and passionate about delivering better customer outcomes.
