Role Description We’re hiring a Product Executive with a dental background (BDS) who is interested in the business side of dentistry—branding, marketing, and sales. The product executive will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis, developing and executing sales strategies, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The role involves identifying market trends, understanding customer needs, and ensuring the successful promotion and sales of dental products. The product executive will collaborate with various teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: ● Act as the product expert for KoviDent's range—understand and communicate product value to clients and partners. ● Work closely with clinics, dealers, and internal teams to build brand visibility and product adoption. ● Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for dentists and clinic staff. ● Support in developing branding strategies, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns. ● Gather customer feedback and market insights to guide product improvements and business strategy. ● Regular travel within Delhi-NCR for fieldwork, dealer/distributor visits, and dental events. Qualifications: ● Educational Qualification: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)—mandatory. ● Strong interest in product marketing, dental sales, or brand development. ● Good communication and interpersonal skills. ● Willingness to travel (travel expenses will be reimbursed). ● Prior experience in dental sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory. ● Strong Analytical Skills and Market Analysis abilities ● Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement Compensation: ● Salary as per current market standards. ● Travel and field expenses will be compensated.
