About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate excels in gathering requirements, writing clear user stories, and defining acceptance criteria (AC) while also having a strong understanding of APIs to support product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for product enhancements and new features.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and QA to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Understand and document API requirements, workflows, and data exchanges.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks in product requirements.
• Support product managers in backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Use data-driven insights to refine and improve product functionality.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, user story writing, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Good understanding of APIs, including RESTful APIs, request/response structure, and data formats like JSON.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
