Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Aluva, Kerala

Salary: ₹7–8 LPA

Joining: Immediate / ASAP

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Officer with 7–10 years of relevant experience in managing procurement processes for construction, infrastructure, or project-based organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, managing vendor relationships, handling inventory, and ensuring timely availability of materials in coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to understand and fulfill project material requirements.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with contract and payment processes.
• Track procurement expenses and align them with approved budgets.
• Identify risks related to procurement such as vendor delays or supply chain disruptions.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of critical materials at project sites.
• Manage stock levels to prevent delays or overstocking.
• Maintain documentation for audits, billing, and reporting.
• Generate procurement status reports for the Project Head.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with exposure to procurement or supply chain management.
• 7–10 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Experience in construction/infrastructure industry is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with procurement tools or ERP software (SAP/Oracle/etc.).
• Willingness to work from or relocate to Aluva, Kerala.
• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.
