Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Procurement:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and production schedules.

Vendor Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, price competitiveness, and timely delivery.
• Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews regularly.

Purchasing Operations:

• Oversee end-to-end procurement process: RFQs, PO creation, order tracking, delivery, and invoicing.
• Ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

• Prepare procurement budgets and ensure adherence.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives through negotiations, alternate sourcing, and improved payment terms.
• Monitor market trends to forecast price changes and mitigate risk.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with inventory, warehouse, logistics, finance, and production departments.
• Support demand planning by aligning procurement schedules with sales forecasts.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing procurement team.
• Set performance targets and provide training and mentorship.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in the

  automotive accessories or components industry

Key Skills:

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of global sourcing, import/export regulations, and logistics.
• Proficient in Shopify systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with strong decision-making ability.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in sourcing electronic and mechanical automobile accessories.
• Established network of suppliers in the automotive aftermarket.
