LTD. has gained immense expertise in supplying & trading of Gold chains etc. The supplier company is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra and is one of the leading sellers of listed products. The Organization is a leading manufacturer of Jewellery designs, headquartered in Mumbai for over 30 years and supplying to their B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to align with business goals and optimize purchasing power.

• Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and execute supplier contracts.

• Monitor supplier performance against delivery, cost, and quality criteria; resolve issues promptly.

• Prepare and manage procurement MIS and budgets and track cost savings initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (production, finance, and inventory teams) to forecast future procurement needs.

• Review and approve purchase orders

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, company policy, and industry regulations.

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to foster collaboration and loyalty.

• Monitor market trends and pricing to make informed buying decisions.

• Prepare reports on procurement activity, supplier performance, and cost reductions.

• Lead and develop procurement team members; provide training and guidance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production industry.

• Experience in supplier negotiations, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationship management.

• Familiar with procurement software and enterprise resource planning systems.

• Strong knowledge of pricing structures, supplier contracts, and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
