Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Procurement coordinator to support our procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and administrative tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in supply chain operations and purchasing processes. The candidate will help ensure that materials and services are sourced cost-effectively and delivered on time to support business needs.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and procurement documents.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement data.
• Support vendor evaluation and onboarding processes.
• Track and report the status of orders and address delivery or quality issues with suppliers.
• Assist in inventory checks and coordination with warehouse or stores team.
• Maintain updated supplier contact list and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
• Previous internship or administrative experience (preferred but not required).
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system knowledge is a plus.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the procurement function.
