Principal Data Scientist

Job Purpose:

• Enterprise-level GenAI projects with hands-on experience in GenAI model integration and optimization
• Architect and hands-on developer of fullstack backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS and/or Flutter for enterprise-grade UI applications and Spring Security
• Guide a team of GenAI developers working on LLaMA, Gemini, Gemma, and Mistral like models
• Design cloud-agnostic solutions deployed on AWS, GCP, or hybrid environments
• Apply TOGAF principles for scalable, enterprise-ready system architecture
• Ensure GenAI features are integrated into backend platforms through secure, optimized APIs
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready applications blending AI with traditional systems

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain APIs to connect GenAI features with enterprise systems
• Fine-tune and optimize models like LLaMA, Gemini, and Mistral using PEFT, DeepSpeed
• Develop and manage backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security
• Deliver responsive and scalable frontend apps using ReactJS/Flutter
• Implement agent-based GenAI workflows using LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI
• Mentor developers across fullstack and GenAI modules, ensuring code quality and delivery speed

Keyskills Required:

• Min 15 Yrs of experience is required with hands-on GenAI experience with LLaMA, Gemini, Gemma, Mistral, Claude, CodeLLaMA
• Experience in Java Fullstack using Spring Boot and Spring Security
• Experience in frontend development using ReactJS and/or Flutter
• Proficient in Python, Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, PEFT, DeepSpeed
• Experience designing agent-based systems and decoding strategies (beam, top-k, top-p)
• Familiar with vector DBs like FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma
• Capable of integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or other GenAI APIs
• Expertise in prompt engineering and custom LLM pipelines
• Sound understanding of TOGAF principles and enterprise architecture
• Experience building cloud-agnostic apps on AWS and GCP
