Presales Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business goals, pain points, and technology landscape.
• Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with client needs.
• Create compelling technical proposals, solution blueprints, and effort estimates for RFPs/RFIs.
• Present solutions confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to support deal closures.
• Build and demonstrate functional prototypes, proof of concepts, and product demos when needed.
• Stay updated with the Salesforce product roadmap, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in core Salesforce products – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, best practices, and design patterns.
• Exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce is a must.
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud, AppExchange Development or MuleSoft is a plus.
• Prior experience in responding to RFPs, estimating efforts, and preparing technical solution documents.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and vice versa.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (Required)
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – a big plus

Additional certifications in Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud preferred
