Job Description

Position Summary- We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Presales Executive to join our Sales team. The Position will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products and services to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities included- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services and also contribute to generate leads. Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information. Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies. Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree/ BBA or equivalent. Proven experience as a Telecaller , Customer Service Representative , or similar role ( 1-2 years preferred ). Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and data entry). Fluency in English . Preferred Skills Experience in sales or telemarketing. Knowledge of the finance industry. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Positive attitude and resilience under pressure. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
