As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Head to lead our customer engagement and conversion strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the Pre-Sales Function: Manage and mentor the pre-sales team, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and aligned with organizational goals. Strategy & Execution: Design and implement effective pre-sales strategies to increase lead conversion and customer satisfaction. Customer Engagement: Ensure timely and professional follow-up on all incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, online inquiries) through CRM systems. Coordination with Sales & Marketing: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand campaigns and ensure qualified lead generation. CRM & Reporting: Oversee lead management, timely updating of CRM systems, and provide insightful reporting to management. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve scripts, lead management processes, and customer interaction flow to enhance conversion ratios. Market Understanding: Analyze customer feedback and competitor practices to identify trends and opportunities. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales or inside sales, preferably in the real estate industry Proven track record of team leadership and delivering conversion-driven performance Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Proficiency in CRM software( Sell.do) and MS Office tools A customer-first mindset, with a solution-oriented approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Why Join Us?
