Policy Manager

BRE process is aligned with risk to maintain/improve policy compliance, by making it more effective and efficient. To maintain, create and implement policy related BRE rules across products. Track projects and system enhancement related to risk vertical. Liaise with different stakeholders for requirement understanding till implementation. Focus on operational efficiency through effective implementation and suggesting modifications/changes in BRE/system. KPIs against each perspective: Perspective Key Performance Indicators Business ▪ Should have experience on FICO BRE. ▪ Understand and acquainted with end-to-end cycle of coding & lending products. ▪ Works closely with functional and technical subject matter experts and other project teams to successfully deploy BRE/system enhancements, ▪ Execute ongoing coding, maintenance, and enhancement of business rules on BRE. ▪ Authoring of rules and all types of business logics – Decision rules, decision tables, decision trees etc. ▪ Understanding requirement from concerned policy manager for creation of new rules or modifications required in the existing product policy. ▪ Understand Decision system and data structures. ▪ Support ongoing system builds, system enhancements across businesses and facilitate risk team. ▪ Devising test rule flow. ▪ Implementation with minimal defects ▪ Simulate and debug the rules in various environment (UAT, Pre-prod and production) ▪ Maintaining track of all the items/projects and ensure followup for closure. ▪ Sound understanding of lending related processes. ▪ Well versed with Testing life cycle and experience on Manual testing, API testing, regression testing, etc. Job Description Form Page 2 of 3 YES Bank Ltd.
