Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support key business decisions. Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data sets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and cleaning. Automate data extraction and reporting processes wherever feasible. Support ad hoc data requests and conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA). Looking for candidates only from BFSI, Retail, e-Commerce Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/Masters degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Role & responsibilities Draft, review, and maintain internal policies and procedures across business, credit, operations, collections, and compliance functions. Ensure all policies align with applicable regulatory frameworks and industry best practices. Periodically assess existing policies to identify gaps, risks, or improvement opportunities, and update accordingly. Facilitate stakeholder consultations and approval workflows for new and revised policy documents. Maintain a centralized policy repository with version control, access rights, and audit trail. Conduct policy awareness sessions and training programs for relevant teams. Monitor policy adherence and support audit/compliance reviews and inspections. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operational teams for cross-functional inputs and alignment. Support the implementation of policy changes through SOPs, checklists, and user communication. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Law, Finance, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
