PLC Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer/ Engineer with hands-on experience in Allen Bradley PLCs and Ladder Logic programming for indotexnology Pvt Ltd (https://indotexnology.com/). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining PLC systems for automation solutions across various industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using Allen Bradley (RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000) and Ladder Logic
• Configure and troubleshoot PLC hardware and I/O modules
• Integrate HMI/SCADA systems with PLCs for process monitoring and control
• Perform on-site commissioning, system testing, and debugging of control systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
• Collaborate with the electrical and mechanical teams to ensure seamless automation integration
• Provide technical support and solutions to control system issues
• Maintain documentation including program backups, change logs, and system manuals

Key Skills & Tools:

• Allen Bradley PLCs – ControlLogix, CompactLogix
• RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000 / FactoryTalk View SE/ME
• Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST)
• HMI/SCADA systems – Rockwell Automation, Wonderware, Siemens WinCC
• Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, DeviceNet communication protocols
• PanelView configuration and diagnostics
• Hands-on with control panel design, wiring, and troubleshooting

Desired Profile:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in PLC programming and automation projects
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and on a team
• Willingness to travel to client locations for commissioning and support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,438.42 - ₹28,400.97 per month
