Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head located in Aurangabad. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, production planning, and quality control. The role involves managing budgets, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Additionally, the Plant Head will develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the production process. The plant head will also be responsible for proper TPM implementation in the plant.

Qualifications

• Plant Operations and Production Management skills
• Experience in Production Planning and Quality Control
• Budgeting and financial management skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Knowledge and Implementation experience of TPM is must
