Role & responsibilities
Production Report Preparation - Compilation of Shift wise Reactor / Product status /
output / Downtime data and prepare the DPR and circulate to all concerned.Plant Supervision - Interact with shift in charge / Operators and verify Plant operationsas per Sop / Instruction.New product - Co-ordinate for PSSR completion and its implementation.Prepare MOC and Co-ordinate to get GRA recommendation / Prepare JSA / WI / Training, ensure HSE practices in all stages.Relabelling & Repacking - Plan the Repacking activity in coordination with QC & Dispatch dept.Coordination - Co-ordinate with QC / Despatch for FG / Maint dept for PM, Breakdowns or Modification / MOC Jobs.On time production status and achieving maximum production level as per fixed targets.Ensure process compliance and follow all the statutory norms and safety norms.
15 - 20 years in the Production of Chemical / Petrochemical Industry /Active Pharma.
7-8 yrs at Plant Manager Capacity.
