This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udaipur for a Plant head for glass tempering/ processing unit. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, managing production planning and scheduling, ensuring quality control, and managing budgets. Additionally, the Plant Head will be accountable for the efficient operation and optimization of plant resources, implementing safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

Experience in Plant Operations and Production Management
Skills in Production Planning and Scheduling
Proficiency in Quality Control
Budgeting and Financial Management skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Relevant industry experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
