Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head, located in Bahadurgarh. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and production management. Key tasks include ensuring efficient plant operations, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and managing budgets. The role requires close collaboration with multiple departments to optimize processes and improve overall plant performance.

Qualifications

Expertise in Plant Operations and Production Management
Experience in Production Planning and Quality Control
Budgeting skills and experience managing operational costs
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work on-site in Bahadurgarh
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience in the sheet metal Fabrication is a must.
