Position Overview: The Personal Loan Sales officer will be responsible to achieve assigned business targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic sales acumen, and a performance-driven mindset to drive business growth and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

* Identify and onboard new channels for personal loans sourcing

* Lead, mentor, and manage DSA’s/channel partners - personal loan.

* Implement sales strategies to improve productivity and conversion ratios.

* Conduct daily sales huddles and weekly reviews to track business target.

* Collaborate with internal departments such as credit, operations, and collections to ensure smooth disbursements.

* Maintain updated knowledge of financial products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Key Skills & Competencies:

* Proven experience in managing personal loan sales teams.

* Strong knowledge of DSA/DST/telesales lending models.

* Ability to lead with motivation, discipline, and integrity.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

* Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in personal loan sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

Remuneration: UPTO 30K
