Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid channels.
• Drive lead generation and eCommerce sales through well-targeted and budget-efficient campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bid strategies, and conversion tracking effectively.
• Collaborate with content/design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Prepare campaign reports, insights, and performance presentations for internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, UTMs, and performance metrics.
• Proven track record in lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with excellent Excel and reporting skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Good to Have:

• Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, or Amazon Ads.
• Google Ads & Meta certifications.
• Experience in CRO (conversion rate optimization).
