Role Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Performance Marketing Assistant Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our performance marketing strategies across various digital channels. Your primary goal will be to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and improve ROI through strategic campaigns and initiatives.


Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as PPC, SEM, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.

- Manage and optimize budgets to achieve maximum ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions.

- Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and effective ad creatives.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion of our digital marketing efforts.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.

- Expertise in managing PPC, SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.

- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
