What You’ll Do

As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you’ll take ownership of driving ROI-focused digital campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll plan, execute, analyze, and optimize performance marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, drive conversions, and scale business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
• Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to meet CPA, ROAS, and funnel goals
• Track campaign performance via Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and custom dashboards
• Perform audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation
• Collaborate with creative teams for landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging
• Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour
• Recommend and test new platforms or strategies (YouTube, WhatsApp, influencer performance, etc.)

You’ll Excel If You Have:

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital analytics
• Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Hotjar
• Strong analytical mindset and ROI-first thinking
• Experience with attribution models and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, consumer tech, or early-stage startups
