We are a fast-growing D2C health and sports nutrition brand with a strong presence in the e-commerce space. Our mission is to empower fitness lifestyles by delivering high-quality products through our online store. We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take charge of driving sales, improving ROI, managing influencer collaborations, and optimizing our brand's presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing & ROI Optimization
  • Plan, execute, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to drive website sales.
  • Constantly monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance with a focus on ROAS and CAC.
  • A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve conversion rates.
  • Brand & Social Media Management
  • Build and manage the brand identity across platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media content calendars in line with brand voice.
  • Work closely with designers and video editors for creative ad content and social media posts.
  • Influencer Marketing & Collaborations
  • Identify, reach out, and collaborate with fitness and lifestyle influencers for brand promotion.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns and ensure measurable results.
  • Website & Shopify Expertise
  • Own and manage the Shopify store performance (product pages, funnels, analytics, etc.).
  • Coordinate with operations team for seamless order flow, fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Ensure a strong customer journey from ad click to order delivery.
  • Channel Coordination & Reporting
  • Act as the link between different internal teams (operations, creative, logistics) and external partners (influencers, channel partners).
  • Deliver detailed weekly and monthly reports on performance, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Proven success in scaling Shopify-based websites with paid ads and influencer campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of ad platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, brand building, and social media strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Experience in sports nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle category is a big plus.
