Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms, with a solid understanding of ad tracking and analytics. Experience in e-commerce or consumer products will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

•Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and programmatic ad platforms.

•Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to drive efficient ROI.

•Track and measure campaign performance using advanced tracking tools (GA4, Pixel, Floodlight, UTM strategies, etc.) and optimize accordingly.

•Analyze performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and prepare performance reports.

•Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital media buying, ad tech, and measurement tools.

•Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to align messaging and optimize ad creatives.

•Recommend and test new paid media tools and platforms.

Requirements:

•3-4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising.

•Proficiency with tracking and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, AppsFlyer, or equivalent MMPs).

•Solid understanding of paid media KPIs: CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPM, and attribution models.

•Experience in managing paid media for e-commerce or consumer product brands is a plus.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
