E-Commerce Manager

Job Title: Freelance Ecommerce Manager(Shopify + Ads Expert) Brand: Musclefood Company: Big Musclefood LLP Job Type: Freelance / Remote (Flexible Hours) Location: [Prahlad Vihar, Rohini Sec-25, New Delhi] Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven freelance E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify store optimization , performance marketing , and growth strategy for D2C brands. Your job will be to increase sales , optimize the user experience , and run high-converting ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. This role requires a hands-on, results-oriented individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in shopify, preferably within the health supplement. Responsibilities: Website Management & Redesign: Regularly audit and update the Shopify store for better UI/UX. Implement high-converting product pages, banners, and landing pages. Optimize mobile responsiveness and speed. Sales & Conversion Optimization: Analyze customer journey, identify drop-off points, and improve CRO. Implement upsells, bundling, and subscription options. Campaign Management: Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Track ROAS, conversions, and suggest creatives or offer changes to boost performance. Data Analysis: Monitor store analytics, traffic, and campaign results. Provide weekly reports with insights and action points. Email & Retargeting: Setup email flows (abandoned cart, welcome, product education) using tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp. Run retargeting campaigns for website visitors and cart abandoners. Requirements: 3+ years of experience managing Shopify-based D2C brands. Proven track record of increasing online sales via performance marketing. Strong understanding of Shopify apps, themes, and checkout optimization. Experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (Search + Shopping). Good knowledge of CRO tools, SEO basics, and analytics platforms. Must be proactive, self-managed, and result-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Experience with other ecommerce platforms and tools.
