Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to handle paid advertising campaigns and generate quality leads for our courses. You will manage ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and more, targeting both Indian and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and others
• Run campaigns for both India and GCC regions
• Analyze audience behavior and campaign data to improve results
• Optimize for Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Test different ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
• Work with the content and design teams to create ad materials
• Monitor and adjust campaigns daily based on performance
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with key insights
• Do keyword research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure lead quality

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work with creative and sales teams
