About the Role:

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and additional platforms as needed.
• Optimise campaigns daily to reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Set up proper tracking using UTM parameters, GA4, and conversion APIs.
• Could you provide weekly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations?
• Collaborate with in-house or freelance creative teams to produce performance-driven ad assets.

Duration & Commitment:

• 3 to 6 months contract (with potential for extension based on performance)
• Expected availability: [e.g., 20–30 hours per week or full-time]

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (contract or freelance roles preferred)
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools like GA4
• Demonstrated experience managing ad budgets of ₹50,000 to ₹10L+ monthly
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics, lead generation, and eCommerce strategies
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience in running ads for D2C brands, SaaS, or B2B services
• Knowledge of CRM integration, remarketing, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot)
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
