Job Title:PCR Analyst cum EM Trainer

Location - Technopark Phase 1, Thiruvananthapuram

Job Summary:

The PCR Analyst cum EM Trainer is responsible for monitoring and validating emergency case data through Patient Care Reports (PCR) and simultaneously training Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to enhance service quality. This dual role ensures both data accuracy and continuous capacity building of field staff in the Kerala 108 Ambulance Project.

Key Responsibilities:

As PCR Analyst:

* Validate and analyze Patient Care Reports (PCR) submitted by EMTs after each case.

* Ensure completeness and accuracy in case documentation – patient details, clinical findings, treatment provided,and hospital handover notes.

* Generate daily and monthly reports on response times, case types, treatment compliance, and data errors.

* Coordinate with EMTs and field staff to rectify PCR discrepancies.

* Support audit readiness by maintaining complete and organized PCR documentation.

As Emergency Medical Trainer:

* Conduct induction and refresher training sessions for EMTs

* Train EMTs on proper PCR documentation, usage of medical equipment and case handling procedures.

* Assist in the development and updating of training materials and SOPs in alignment with state guidelines.

* Maintain training attendance, evaluation records and skill validation reports.

Skills & Competencies Required:

* In-depth knowledge of emergency medical care and ambulance operations

* Strong documentation and data validation skills

* Excellent training, facilitation, and public speaking skills

* Proficiency in using dispatch and PCR systems

* Good command over Malayalam and basic English

* Basic computer skills – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

BSc. Nursing

Experience : 2 Years

Language Proficiency:

Malayalam (mandatory), English (basic)

Salary : 20,000 - 25,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
