Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Product Owner (PO) to lead the design and development of a Portal. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building consumer-facing digital platforms, preferably in the consumer warranty insurance or after-sales space.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the product backlog for the Consumer Warranty offerings.

Gather insights to define project needs and specifications

Work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations.

Translate business requirements into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with UI/UX teams to conceptualize intuitive front-end interfaces.
-
Coordinate with technical teams for API design, system integration, and performance optimization.
-
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions in Agile/Scrum environments.
-
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery by closely monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies.

Act as the voice of the customer by continuously gathering feedback and enhancing the product.

Maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and training material for internal and external users.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field ; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Tota 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis roles, preferably in digital products or consumer portals.

Strong understanding of Consumer Warranty, Insurance, or After-Sales Support domains.

Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Proven ability to define clear product vision, roadmaps, and MVP scope.

Experience in working with cross-functional teams – developers, QA, UI/UX, and business teams.

Familiarity with customer portals, CRM systems, and claims processing workflows.
-
Exposure to API-based integrations and third-party service provider platforms.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Tools: JIRA, Confluence, ADO, Wiki, Figma/Miro, Postman (basic), MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.

Experience in warranty or insurance products in consumer electronics, automotive, or durables industry.

Prior experience building platforms involving user onboarding, ticketing, and document workflows.
