Location:Ahmedabad - Onsite  |  Full-Time

  Salary: As per industry Standard  |  Experience: 2–4 Years |  Budget Handled: $70,000+/month

About the Role

Join a fast-growing digital marketing agency as a Paid Ads Executive where you’ll take ownership of performance campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and Amazon Ads. Your work will directly impact the marketing results of international clients in USA and Australia across eCommerce and service sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB/IG), Amazon Ads, and other platforms.

• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and craft persuasive ad copies

• Continuously monitor campaign performance and apply real-time optimizations

• Analyze data and deliver insightful performance reports

• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across platforms

• Collaborate with design, content, and development teams for landing page and ad asset creation

• Stay up-to-date with platform trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

• Experience managing ad budgets of $70,000+/month across platforms

• Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Ads Console

• Skilled in conversion tracking, attribution modeling, retargeting, and A/B testing

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Google Analytics, Excel, etc.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Able to handle client coordination confidently and independently

• Self-driven with a data-first approach to decision making

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field

• Google Ads + Facebook Blueprint certifications

• Experience in LinkedIn Ads, eCommerce campaigns, or marketing automation tools

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL
