We are seeking a highly skilled Senior InfoSec Specialist with extensive experience in Zscaler and network security technologies . This role will lead design, implementation, and management of cloud-based and hybrid security infrastructure, with a focus on secure internet and remote access solutions using Zscaler products. The ideal candidate will provide both strategic and hands-on leadership in enterprise security transformations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions. Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Zscaler security architecture across the organization. Collaborate with network, cloud, and security teams to integrate Zscaler into enterprise environments. Conduct technical workshops, PoCs, and migration assessments for Zscaler rollouts. Manage Zscaler policy tuning, SSL inspection, authentication mechanisms (SAML/Okta/Azure AD), and traffic forwarding methods (PAC, Zscaler Client Connector, GRE/IPSec). Develop and enforce security controls, procedures, and automation for network access and monitoring. Guide junior engineers and project teams through technical implementations and troubleshooting. Monitor security events, analyze incidents, and support incident response when necessary. Provide architectural governance, documentation, and alignment with compliance and risk teams. Required Skills & Experience: 8 - 10 years in network security , with a minimum of 4+ years hands-on with Zscaler technologies (ZIA/ZPA) . Deep understanding of firewalling, proxy services, DNS security, SSL inspection , and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) . Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, DNS, BGP, IPsec). Strong background in security policies , access controls , and identity integration (SAML, Azure AD, Okta, LDAP). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and security integration . Hands-on with SIEMs , EDR , and SOC operations is a plus. Excellent communication, team collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. Zscaler certifications (e.g., ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA ) or willingness to certify quickly. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Relevant certifications: Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator , CISSP , CCSP , CEH , CCNA Security , etc. Experience in managing cross-functional technical teams or leading security transformation projects.
