E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize product listings to improve visibility, click-through rate, and conversion across e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to listings.
• Ensure compliance with each platform’s rights, guidelines, and policies.
• Manage onboarding of new marketplaces. Coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth brand onboarding processes.
• Assist in negotiation processes related to pricing, commissions, and promotions with platforms.
• Monitor and analyze marketplace performance and provide actionable insights.
• Communicate effectively with marketplace account managers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
• Strong understanding of product listing optimization, keyword tools, and SEO for e-commerce.
• Familiarity with platform policies and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle marketplace onboarding end-to-end.
• Good grasp of negotiations related to marketplace terms and onboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace backend portals (like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
