Mandatory Skills:

Command over web front-end architecture, tools and technologies
Thorough knowledge and experience in implementing and managing goals like scalability, security, Testability, Accessibility, Maintainability, Readability, Optimization, Performance and Robustness
In charge of implementing and managing code standards and style guidelines
Expertise in building UI reusable libraries
UI/UX sensibility and passionate about programming
Excellent in RWD, HTML,CSS, JS
Good in Typescript and Angular
Good experience in providing solutions to complex issues
Hands on experience in general SDLC practices like Estimation, Planning, Risk management etc.
Client collaboration, Team leading capability, Delivery ownership
Optional skills: Git understanding will be add-on

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand project requirements and translate them into scalable front-end solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain responsive UI components using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
Collaborate with UX designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and adherence to performance standards.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
Lead a team of developers, assign tasks, and ensure timely, quality deliveries.
Troubleshoot issues and provide robust solutions to complex technical challenges.
Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and drive improvements in tools and processes.
