Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of operations at our Vikasnagar facility. This is a key, on-ground leadership role responsible for managing the entire supply chain within the plant — from inwarding of raw materials to final dispatch of finished goods.

The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of experience in food production, agri supply chain, or FMCG warehousing and be highly accountable, process-driven, and hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

Inward & Raw Material Management

Receive and verify raw materials and packaging materials

Ensure proper documentation (GRN, invoices, QC, etc.)

Coordinate material staging for production

Production Coordination

Work with internal and contract teams to manage daily/weekly production planning

Ensure quality standards, food safety, and timely batch execution

Maintain process hygiene and traceability in line with FSSAI norms

Packing & Dispatch

Supervise in-house packing or contract packing activities

Plan and execute daily dispatches across channels (retail, online, B2B)

Coordinate with the logistics team and ensure accurate documentation (invoices, e-way bills, etc.)

Inventory Control

Manage stock levels of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods

Maintain batch-wise tracking and enforce FIFO/FEFO principles

Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile variances

Who You Are

Must-Haves

4–6 years of experience in operations, warehousing, or production (preferably food, FMCG, agri, or D2C sector)

Strong execution capability and team management experience

Knowledge of inventory systems (Excel, ERP, or WMS tools)

Understanding of food safety practices, FSSAI compliance, and shelf-life management

Good-to-Haves

Experience in working with startup teams or small-scale food manufacturing units

Exposure to dispatch and logistics coordination

Knowledge of lean operations or 5S practices
