Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist with routine administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and internal communication
Help organize and maintain operational records, reports, and internal files
Enter, update, and manage operational data accurately in company systems
Assist in generating reports and dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making
Participate in the review and analysis of existing workflows
Offer suggestions for improving efficiency and productivity
Assist in implementing and documenting process changes
Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, HR, and Logistics to support operational alignment
Facilitate communication between teams for timely execution of tasks
Conduct research on industry best practices, tools, and technologies
Present findings to support strategic operational decisions
Assist in special projects and operational initiatives as assigned by your supervisor
Contribute to planning, execution, and follow-up tasks for ongoing projects
