Job Description

Career Success Team activities: Build and maintain strong relationships with the students (Centre-based and online) and parents, regularly obtaining feedback regarding classes and services. Ensure timely resolution of student concerns or issues. Ensure accurate and timely student information updates in the student management software and handle all related activities. Assist in the timely collection of fees due from the students. Weekly monitoring and follow-up with regular absentees and high-risk cases. Act as a point of contact for students regarding placement-related matters, ensuring clear and effective communication. Support in all student events such as convocation, placement training sessions, celebrations and student engagement activities. Coordinate with faculty to ensure monthly placement trainings and mock interviews are conducted. Notify students of mock interviews one week in advance and manage scheduling for online sessions. Organize and follow up on regular screening sessions in collaboration with faculty, ensuring proper communication and feedback collection. Maintain regular follow-ups with students based on screening remarks and performance. Collaborate with the HR team in recruitment, onboarding and other HR support functions as needed. Career Counselling - Filtration: Act as the first point of contact for students and clients, responding to both telephone and direct inquiries. Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently. Follow up on customer calls as necessary to resolve queries and provide additional support. Maintain detailed call logs and prepare reports related to student and client interactions. Administration: Manage daily front office activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ensure the general upkeep and effective administration of the office environment. Contacting different vendors and having the first level of conversations and getting the proposals based on the Business requirements. Involving in operations of the offline activities happening at the Center.
