🧩 Your Role:

As an Operations Executive, you'll play a key part in our backend operations and client servicing, ensuring a smooth visa journey for every applicant.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-end visa processing (PR, Study, Work, Visitor)

✅ Regular client coordination and updates

✅ CRM/data management and case tracking

✅ Liaising with internal teams and global partner offices

✅ Reviewing and compiling accurate documentation

✅ Embassy and authority communication handling

✅ Drafting SOPs, cover letters, and visa docs (as required)

✅ Ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity

🛠 Who We're Looking For:

🔸 Bachelor’s Degree (any stream)

🔸 Strong verbal & written communication

🔸 Attention to detail and process-oriented

🔸 MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)

🔸 Immigration or operations experience is a plus

🔸 Ability to handle pressure & deadlines with ease
