Own the full sales cycle — from outreach and demo to onboarding and activation. Customize pitches by city and business type (Tier 1/2/3). Maintain a clear, up-to-date sales pipeline. 🤝 Account Management Build trusted, long-term relationships with onboarded partners. Be their go-to contact for queries, support, and growth advice. Monitor account health (order volume, engagement, feedback). Share insights to help them grow orders via WhatsYum. 🚚 Operations Oversee daily order fulfillment and delivery coordination. Company: WhatsYum - WhatsApp-native SaaS for restaurants, cloud kitchens & home chefs Location: Remote (India) Compensation: ₹20,000 per month (fixed) Mission Own the post-order workflow end-to-end: track every food delivery order in real time, coordinate with restaurants and couriers, and make sure food reaches customers on time—every time. Key Responsibilities Live Order Tracking – Monitor incoming orders on the WhatsYum dashboard and WhatsApp channels; confirm preparation & pickup milestones. Delivery Coordination – Assign or escalate riders, resolve routing issues, and follow up until successful drop-off within the promised time. Exception Handling – Proactively flag delays, communicate ETAs to customers, and trigger refunds or replacements when required. Operational Reporting – Maintain daily logs, on-time-delivery (OTD) metrics, and incident summaries for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the single point of contact for restaurant staff and couriers during live orders. Process Optimisation – Suggest tweaks to SOPs, workflows, and tooling to raise OTD and customer-satisfaction scores.
