Data Science and Generative AI technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate

  webinars and live sessions

  with mentors.
• Collaborate with the

  marketing team

  on social media and email campaign execution.
• Use

  AI tools

  like

  ChatGPT, Make.com, Zapier, Google Scripts

  , and

  DALL·E

  to automate support, email, and WhatsApp workflows across funnels.
• Coordinate with industry mentors to

  manage and execute content creation

  in Data Science and Gen AI domains.
• Support testing and feedback loops for internal platforms like

  LMS, CRM, and Calling Solutions

  to ensure seamless user experience.
• Track and execute daily operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in

  operations, automation, or process coordination

  , preferably in EdTech.
• Strong command of

  AI tools

  : ChatGPT, Make.com, Zapier, MidJourney, DALL·E, Google Apps Script.
• Experience working with

  LMS, CRM systems

  , WhatsApp Business API, and digital communication tools.
• Proficient in

  Google Workspace

  , task tracking tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana), and documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Engineering, IT, or Business (MBA preferred).
• Prior experience in

  EdTech operations is mandatory

Role Details:
