Operations Associates/Assistant – Doctor Account Management (Non-Medico Role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the

  main point of contact

  for doctors registered on the DocIndia platform

• Onboard new doctors

  , guide them on how to use platform tools and features
• Build long-term

  professional relationships

  through proactive communication
• Resolve doctor concerns, handle queries, and provide platform support
• Share data insights to help doctors

  improve their digital visibility

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Tech) for doctor success
• Ensure

  high engagement and retention

  through structured follow-ups

Who Can Apply (Non-Medicos Encouraged):

• Bachelor's degree (Healthcare, Business, Communications preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or support
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a service-first mindset
